    PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION IS BASED IN GREAT NECK, NEW YORK

    An established and expanding Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Firm is seeking a motivated, ambitious, organized and detail oriented Legal Assistant for our Long Island office located in Great Neck, NY (on the border of Queens/Nassau County) to support our attorneys and paralegals with day-to-day administrative and legal tasks. This role is critical to keeping cases on track, clients informed, and the office running efficiently..

    This is an exceptional opportunity for candidate experienced in but not limited to:

    • Answering phones and communicating with prospective/potential new clients;
    • Completing new client intakes;
    • Provide administrative support to attorneys;
    • Corresponding with: Clients and Medical Providers (including but limited to obtaining medical records and reports);
    • Scanning and Filing;
    • Maintain and organize case files (electronic and paper);
