    TonaLaw is a Plaintiff Law Firm seeking an experienced No-Fault Collections Legal Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity that allows you to grow professionally, as we offer mentoring, training, oversight, collaboration, and hold weekly meetings as a practice group. The Legal Assistant will help TonaLaw provide a superior level of legal representation for our Medical Practice Providers. Responsibilities: • Prepare, submit, and manage no-fault collection cases through Simple File, AAA, and Modria. • Process and respond to requests from the American Arbitration Association, insurance carriers, clients, and attorneys. • Request, review, and track medical records, billing records, policy documents, PIP payouts, and other claim-related materials. • Maintain calendars and follow-up systems to ensure timely retrieval of documents, case updates, hearings, and deadlines. • Conduct quality control review of prepared cases and update file statuses in the case management system. • Assist with client account audits, account receivable posting, and follow-up on outstanding receivables. • Prepare rebuttal requests, follow up with clients, and assist with pre-arbitration settlements, counteroffers, and fee scheduling. • Coordinate new case assignments and support the team with case preparation and document organization. • Establish liens for policy exhaustion cases. Qualifications: We encourage you to apply even if you don’t check every box but have relevant No-Fault collections experience, strong communication skills, and the drive to learn quickly. • 1-2 years of no-fault collections experience • Strong interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills • Customer/Client oriented • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Quick learner • Personable Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000
