Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys. • Draft legal documents, including subpoenas, notices, motions, and trial-related materials. • Assist with trial preparation by organizing exhibits, files, and documentation. • Communicate with clients, witnesses, court staff, and opposing counsel. • Maintain and update case files using case management software. • Monitor court deadlines and manage attorney calendars. • Support the litigation process from pre-trial through post-trial as needed. Qualifications: • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an assistant role. • Demonstrated experience drafting legal documents and supporting trial preparation. • Familiarity with court procedures, filings, and deadlines. • Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
