Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys in preparing and filing USCIS applications and petitions (family-based and humanitarian cases) • Conduct research and gather supporting documentation for immigration cases • Communicate with clients to collect necessary information and evidence • Prepare and maintain organized and accurate case files • Track deadlines and USCIS timelines to ensure timely submissions • Utilize systems such as Excel, Camp Legal, and Clio for case management • Provide administrative and operational support to attorneys Qualifications: • Previous experience in immigration law, specifically family-based and humanitarian cases (e.g., I-130, I-485, VAWA, U visa, asylum, etc) • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience with case management systems (Clio, Camp Legal, etc) and Excel Compensation: $6 – $9 hourly
