Responsibilities: • Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate team members. • Assist attorneys and paralegals by preparing and sending out necessary legal documents and correspondence. • Maintain and update client files, ensuring all information is accurate and easily accessible. • Coordinate with clients and external parties to schedule meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings. • Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies and equipment, facilitating a smooth workflow. • Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining the highest level of client trust and privacy. Qualifications: • Experience in handling and distributing mail and packages efficiently. • Ability to scan and log documents accurately into a case management system. • Proven track record of preparing documents for shipment with attention to detail. • Ability to arrange and coordinate pickups with postal services and delivery vendors. • Experience in maintaining organized records of mail and shipment activities. • High school diploma or GED is required. • History of meeting deadlines and maintaining high organizational standards is essential. • Experience within the legal industry is preferred. • Technologically savvy; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel programs and filing systems, with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues. • Excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills. Compensation: $65,000
