    Remote Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant – Consumer Class Action Law Firm

    Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced consumer class action law firm, is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join their growing team. This is an immediate hire opportunity due to increased caseloads — and it’s an exciting time to join!

    This is a remote, work-from-home position offering full benefits, no billable hour requirements, and bonus eligibility.

    The firm values hard work, but also understands the importance of flexibility and life outside of work.

    Key Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of litigation experience required

    • Familiarity with King County, Washington court system is mandatory

    • Experience with consumer class action law (plaintiff or defense side) is a plus, but not required

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Electronic filing of documents in state and federal courts

    • Finalizing legal documents (proofreading, formatting, compiling exhibits, ensuring service to all parties)

    • Professional transmittal of correspondence

    • Client, expert, and opposing counsel communication (phone, email, mail, fax)

    • Keeping informed of state and federal court rules

    • Handling attorney admissions to courts nationwide

    • Scheduling services with messengers, process servers, and court reporters

    • Maintaining electronic legal files

    • Document preparation (pleadings, correspondence, exhibits, spreadsheets, etc.)

    • Managing attorney calendars

    • Assisting in coordinating meetings, depositions, hearings, and other case milestones

    • Providing general administrative support as needed
