    Work location: in-person; partial remote once training completed

    Billing: Responsibilities:

    Assist with monitoring E-billing progress, including reports and appeal status

    Enter client expert invoices and vendor invoices

    Communicating with timekeepers regarding appeal responses

    Administering appeals timely and submit for processing

    Obtain backup for cost entries and attach any necessary backup on statements

    Perform other duties and projects as requested

    Scan and maintain documents in computer and hard copy files in an organized manner

    Must be organized and have excellent attention to detail

    Qualifications:

    Must have excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude

    Professional appearance and demeanor in person and over the phone

    Quick learner with ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Punctual and have reliable attendance

    Prefer a minimum of 2 years legal/ E-billing experience

    High level of proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

    Experience with legal billing software is required.

    Payroll:

    Responsibilities:

    Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions and administers employee benefits programs for the company.

    Independently processes bi-weekly payroll through ADP software. Ensures all transactions are processed accurately, timely, and appropriately documented and approved.

    Manages employee benefit enrollments and terminations for all of the company's benefit programs.

    Responsible for maintaining adherence to corporate policies in relation to personnel, compliance with labor laws, and corporate employment practices.

    Responsible for obtaining employment and benefit enrollment forms, and maintaining personnel files for new hires.

    Sets up of new employees in ADP.

    Responsible for processing employee terminations - including: preparation of final payroll, COBRA and other termination forms, and updates to employee status in all systems.

    Adheres to company policies and procedures.

    Qualifications

    Two years of payroll processing experience, with knowledge of ADP software preferred.

    High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet strict deadlines

    Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    Strong knowledge of California and federal payroll laws and prevailing wage compliance
