**Job Title: Legal Billing Specialist**

**Location:** Hybrid (3 days a week in office, 2 days work from home). Can be in NYC, Houston, or Washington, D.C.

**Key Responsibilities:**
\- Prepare and process accurate legal invoices in alignment with our firm’s policies and client specifications.
\- Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of billing entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
\- Forge strong communication lines with attorneys and support staff regarding all billing matters.
\- Address client inquiries regarding billing and payment statuses with professionalism and promptness.
\- Maintain meticulous billing records, proactively resolving any discrepancies.
\- Ensure the timely submission of invoices to clients for seamless cash flow.

**Qualifications:**
\- Proven experience in a Legal Billing Specialist role or similar position within a law firm.
\- Proficient in legal billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
\- Exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
\- Capacity to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
\- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
