As a Case Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the client journey, ensuring every personal injury case moves forward with care and precision. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing updates, empathy, and clarity • Schedule medical appointments, evaluations, and expert consultations through Filevine • Track case milestones, document key developments, and ensure deadlines are met • Conduct bilingual intakes and assist in translating documents and client communications • Coordinate transportation to appointments when needed • Manage medical records workflows and follow-ups via Arctrieval What Success Looks Like:Client Onboarding: New cases fully onboarded in Filevine within 48 hours • Communication Cadence: Client check-ins every 14 days for the first 90 days, then monthly • Task Completion: 90%+ on-time execution of tasks, deadlines, and document workflows • Translation Accuracy: 98%+ error-free bilingual communications • Client Experience: High satisfaction and case progress with minimal friction Qualifications: • Are fluent in English and Spanish , with exceptional communication in both languages • Have high emotional intelligence and can support clients with empathy and tact • Are detail-oriented, organized , and able to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic setting • Have 2+ years’ experience in personal injury or legal case management (preferred but open to training) • Are comfortable using case management software and the MSFT suite of products (Filevine experience is a big plus) Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
