    Gemma Law Associates, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Case Manager to join our growing personal injury team. In this client-focused role, you will play a critical part in guiding individuals through the complexities of their cases, helping them navigate what is often a stressful and unfamiliar process with confidence and care. We are looking for someone who understands the lifecycle of a personal injury case, thrives in an organized environment, and communicates effectively with clients, medical providers, and attorneys. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring regular updates and excellent customer service • Conduct file reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy • Summarize medical records and add key information into the case management system • Prepare and submit demand packages to insurance carriers • Communicate with medical providers and insurance adjusters regarding records, bills, and case status • Collaborate with attorneys and team members to move cases efficiently toward resolution Qualifications: • Experience in a personal injury law firm (preferred but not required) • Associate’s degree or higher in a related field (or equivalent work experience) • Familiarity with case management software (SmartAdvocate experience is a plus) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Professional, compassionate approach to client interactions Compensation: $46,000 - $50,000 yearly
