Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the progress of legal cases from inception to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate case handling. • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather necessary information, and address any concerns they may have. • Collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals to prepare case files, ensuring all documentation is complete and organized. • Coordinate with external parties, such as insurance companies, to gather evidence and information pertinent to cases. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all case-related activities, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. Qualifications: • Experience in a personal injury law firm (preferred but not required) • Associate’s degree or higher in a related field (or equivalent work experience) • Familiarity with case management software (SmartAdvocate experience is a plus) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Professional, compassionate approach to client interactions Compensation: $46,000 - $50,000 yearly
