    As our firm continues to grow, Gemma Law Associates, Inc. is looking to add a Case Manager to our team. We are a busy personal injury practice, and we need someone who understands the flow of a personal injury file and is committed to guiding clients through what is often a stressful and unfamiliar process. To be successful in this role, you should bring at least one (1) year of experience working in a personal injury law firm, along with the ability to stay highly organized in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication skills with clients, providers, and attorneys are essential. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring regular updates and excellent customer service • Conduct file reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy • Summarize medical records and add key information into the case management system • Prepare and submit demand packages to insurance carriers • Communicate with medical providers and insurance adjusters regarding records, bills, and case status • Collaborate with attorneys and team members to move cases efficiently toward resolution Qualifications: • Minimum 1 year of experience in a personal injury law firm (required) • Associate’s degree or higher in a related field (or equivalent work experience) • Familiarity with case management software (SmartAdvocate experience is a plus) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Professional, compassionate approach to client interactions Compensation: $46,500 - $50,000 yearly
