Case Manager/Paralegal – Family Law & Estate Planning Location: Tamarac, FL (In-office preferred, hybrid acceptable for the right candidate) Firm: Law Offices of E.F. Robinson, P.A. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and estate planning documents. • Manage case files, schedule hearings and mediations, and prepare for trial. • Support attorneys in complex family law matters, including divorce, custody, and child support. • Assist with estate planning services, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. • Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to deliver excellent client outcomes. What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of paralegal experience in family law required; estate planning experience strongly preferred. • Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills. • Knowledge of Florida family law rules and estate planning procedures. • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. • MyCase or similar case management software experience is a plus. Qualifications: • Effective organizational and communication skills, both written and oral, are needed • Experience drafting legal documents and conducting legal research is vital • Case management process experience is needed - preferably as a personal injury case manager, or related jobs such as legal secretary, paralegal, or legal assistant at a law firm, non-profit, or human services agency • Be a self-starter and able to effectively manage multiple matters at once • Comfortable with computer programs, such as spreadsheet presentation, word processing, and case management software What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of paralegal experience in family law and estate planning required. • Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills. • Knowledge of Florida family law rules and estate planning procedures. • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. • MyCase or similar case management software experience is a plus. Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly
