    Virtual Legal Case Manager Join our mission-driven team at Loyd J Bourgeois Injury and Accident Lawyer as a Virtual Legal Case Manager. In this role, you will support individuals who have been injured through no fault of their own by helping move their cases forward with organization, consistency, and clear communication. As part of our team, you will manage active case files, maintain regular communication with clients and medical providers, and ensure that no deadlines or details are overlooked. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping them feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the legal process. Our firm has recently doubled in size and continues to expand with a clear long-term vision. We operate with structure, measurable goals, and strong systems while maintaining a team-oriented and supportive environment. This position is remote in South Africa Responsibilities: • Maintain case files in an organized and consistent manner • Obtain and track client medical treatment information • Communicate regularly with clients and medical providers • Request and follow up on medical records, bills, and lien information • Review incoming mail and correspondence, and take appropriate action • Collaborate with attorneys and team members to manage caseload and meet deadlines • Provide case updates and summaries as needed • Maintain all electronic case files in accordance with firm systems and policies • Utilize Filevine and other case management software to track workflows • Ensure no deadlines are missed, and cases continue moving forward Qualifications: • Minimum 1 year of Personal Injury case management experience • Bachelor’s degree required. Law degree preferred • Advanced or native level English proficiency, written and spoken • Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in case management software, word processing, and spreadsheets • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting Compensation: $6 - $8 hourly USD
