    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Case Manager to join our fast-paced personal injury law firm. The Case Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and insurance adjusters, helping move cases efficiently from intake through settlement. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload while providing excellent client service. This position is remote in Columbia Responsibilities: • Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status, treatment updates, and next steps. • Communicate and negotiate with insurance adjusters regarding claims, property damage, medical bills, and settlements. • Coordinate medical treatment updates and gather supporting documentation. • Request, review, and organize medical records and billing information. • Work closely with attorneys to ensure cases progress efficiently. • Maintain accurate and organized case files and notes within the case management system. • Track deadlines, follow-ups, and outstanding items on active cases. • Assist with preparing demand packages and settlement documentation. Qualifications: • Excellent communication and client service skills. • Bilingual English-Spanish. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills. • Comfortable communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies daily. • Experience in personal injury case management preferred. • Familiarity with legal software and case management systems is a plus. Compensation: $4.2 million COP yearly
