Case Manager – Personal Injury

Athens, GA | Full-Time | Onsite

Paramount Legal is partnering with a highly respected personal injury firm to identify an experienced Case Manager for their Athens office.

Qualifications

If you are currently commuting into Atlanta and live in or near Athens, this is an excellent opportunity to work closer to home while advancing your career with a top firm.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of personal injury case management experience in a law firm

• Experience collecting, reviewing, and organizing medical records, bills, and legal documentation

• Strong experience drafting and preparing demand packages

• Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters

• Experience monitoring case progress, treatment updates, and legal liens

• Proven ability to maintain detailed case notes and track deadlines in case management software

• Experience with Filevine preferred (but not required)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma required; related experience strongly preferred.
