This is a full-time, long-term remote position supporting real clients through real legal battles, from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities: What You'll Own • Be the voice clients hear most — deliver consistent, compassionate case updates in English and Spanish that keep clients informed, calm, and confident their case is moving forward • Drive provider coordination from start to finish — follow up relentlessly on medical records, bills, and treatment documentation until every piece is secured and accounted for • Put insurance companies on notice — send notices of representation professionally and on time, establishing Right Path Law Group's presence on every active file • Own adjuster communication — engage insurance adjusters with professionalism and precision, moving files toward resolution without unnecessary delays • Keep the case management system airtight — maintain accurate, real-time data in MyCase and Lawmatics so attorneys always have a clear, current picture of every file • Close every loop before it becomes a problem — identify gaps, flag issues early, and follow through until every task on every file is resolved Qualifications: You're Built for This If… • You have prior Personal Injury case management experience — you understand the lifecycle of a PI file, from intake to settlement, and know what "moving a case forward" actually means in practice • You are fully bilingual in English and Spanish — you write professional emails, take calls, and communicate with US insurance adjusters in English without hesitation, and switch to Spanish with clients just as naturally • You are proficient in MyCase and Lawmatics, or learn new platforms fast — you don't need hand-holding with technology; you figure it out and make it work for you • You treat deadlines as personal commitments , not suggestions — your follow-up game is consistent, your task list is never ignored, and your files are always current • You are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time — you understand that a US-based team and client base requires real-time availability, and you show up accordingly • You communicate with clarity and professionalism in every interaction — whether it's a scared client, a busy adjuster, or a demanding attorney, your tone is always measured, and your message is always clear • You take ownership of your caseload like it has your name on it — because it does Compensation: $8 - $9 hourly
