As a Pre-Suit Case Manager at Viles and Beckman, you will guide clients from the moment they walk through our doors until their case is resolved. Responsibilities: • Communicate with clients in English and Spanish with compassion, clarity, and consistency • Build trust and maintain strong relationships throughout the life of the case • Coordinate and track medical treatment • Obtain, review, and summarize medical records and bills • Prepare persuasive and well-structured demand letters • Assist with settlement strategy and preparation • Reduce liens and prepare closing documents • Move cases forward proactively while managing a high volume of files • Meet monthly goals for case progression and client satisfaction • Protect every detail because the details protect the client • Represent our family's first values in every interaction Qualifications: • Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required • Three to five years of legal experience or case management experience preferred • Strong communication and writing skills • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability • Ability to work calmly and confidently in a fast-paced environment • Problem-solving instincts and a steady, supportive presence • Comfort using technology, including Microsoft Office, Filevine, and other tools • Growth-minded attitude and openness to coaching • Passion for client service and a heart for community • Negotiation or investigation experience is a plus Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 yearly
