As a Pre-Suit Case Manager at Viles and Beckman, you will guide clients from the moment they walk through our doors until their case is resolved. This role requires full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, a heart for service, and a strong commitment to delivering a true 5 Star client experience. Responsibilities: • Communicate with clients in English and Spanish with compassion, clarity, and consistency • Build trust and maintain strong relationships throughout the life of the case • Coordinate and track medical treatment • Obtain, review, and summarize medical records and bills • Prepare persuasive and well-structured demand letters • Assist with settlement strategy and preparation • Reduce liens and prepare closing documents • Move cases forward proactively while managing a high volume of files • Meet monthly goals for case progression and client satisfaction • Protect every detail because the details protect the client • Represent our family's first values in every interaction Qualifications: • Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required • Three to five years of legal experience or case management experience preferred • Strong communication and writing skills • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability • Ability to work calmly and confidently in a fast-paced environment • Problem-solving instincts and a steady, supportive presence • Comfort using technology, including Microsoft Office, Filevine, and other tools • Growth-minded attitude and openness to coaching • Passion for client service and a heart for community • Negotiation or investigation experience is a plus Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 yearly
