As our litigation practice continues to expand, we are seeking a full-time Legal Coordinator to join our dynamic legal support team. Compensation • Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 • Benefits package including medical, dental, and vision • Paid time off and holiday schedule Responsibilities: • Coordinate litigation case workflows and support attorneys in case management • Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines to ensure timely filings and court appearances • Draft, format, and organize legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence • Facilitate communication between attorneys, clients, and court personnel • Support client intake and engagement with cultural sensitivity and professionalism • Assist in trial preparation and legal research as needed • Foster collaboration across legal teams, including paralegals and administrative staff • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance Qualifications: • Prior experience as a legal coordinator, paralegal, or similar legal support role • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment • Experience in litigation preferred; familiarity with estate planning or disaster recovery is a plus • Commitment to equity and service in culturally diverse communities • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000
