As our litigation practice continues to expand, we are seeking a full-time Legal Coordinator to join our dynamic legal support team. Compensation • Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 • Benefits package including medical, dental, and vision • Paid time off and holiday schedule Responsibilities: • Manage litigation workflows and assist attorneys with all aspects of case coordination • Organize and maintain case documentation, track deadlines, and monitor court schedules to ensure timely submissions and appearances • Prepare, edit, and compile legal documents, pleadings, and professional correspondence • Serve as a liaison among attorneys, clients, and court officials to streamline communication • Conduct client intake and engagement with professionalism and cultural competence • Provide support for trial preparation and perform legal research as required • Promote effective collaboration among legal teams, including paralegals and administrative personnel • Adhere strictly to standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance Qualifications: • Proven experience in a legal support role such as legal coordinator, paralegal, or equivalent • Demonstrated strength in organization and project management • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal • Skilled at managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Background in litigation is desirable; knowledge of estate planning or disaster recovery is advantageous • Dedicated to promoting equity and serving diverse, multicultural communities • Spanish bilingual skills are beneficial, though not mandatory Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000
