Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with our dedicated team to develop and implement strategies to drive successful outcomes for our clients
• Manage and oversee a substantial caseload of property damage and bad faith insurance claims, providing end-to-end legal representation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
• Draft and interpret insurance-related documents and correspondence related to cases
• Stay up-to-date with California laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an attorney, with a focus on litigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth oriented environment.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Preferred Qualifications:

• In depth knowledge of insurance practices, policies, and regulations.
• Demonstrated success in trying cases related to property damage and bad faith claims.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
