JOB SUMMARY
Vericast is seeking a highly motivated Legal Counsel - Privacy to report directly to and work closely with the Chief Privacy Officer and Deputy General Counsel. In this role, you will help ensure compliance with legal and contractual privacy and data-protection requirements for diverse datasets, with a primary focus on non-public personal information under the GLBA and related financial-services data. This role will give you an opportunity to deepen your knowledge of ever-evolving privacy and data-protection laws and regulations (with a distinct emphasis on U.S. law) and related industry changes as you actively help to continuously improve the Company’s privacy and data-protection policies, processes, and practices. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, detail-oriented, and analytical, as well as a creative problem-solver who works well with others across functions. Additional Information
Annual Base Salary: $115,000-$140,000
