Legal Counsel – Securities, Corporate Governance & Capital Markets
Job Description
** JOB SUMMARY** _ ___
The Legal Counsel – Securities, Corporate Governance, & Capital Markets will play a critical role in advising the company on securities and corporate governance matters to support O-I’s global operations. This position is responsible for advising on the company’s compliance with securities law drafting and reviewing SEC filings, and providing legal guidance on complex financial transactions. The role will manage public disclosures, oversee public company obligations and have close collaboration with senior leadership and various departments.

What we offer at O-I:
Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $160,000 and $190,000 and includes a possible 20% quarterly incentive bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
