We are looking for an exceptional individual to provide expert legal guidance, inspire growth within our team, and help shape the future of our firm. Responsibilities: • Lead and empower senior attorneys, associate attorneys, paralegals, and support staff through recruitment, training, motivation, and development to strengthen our legal team. • Enhance the firm’s credibility and visibility through business development efforts, including organizing and speaking at events such as webinars, media engagements, and community outreach initiatives. • Oversee and manage a select caseload of complex cases to maintain your active legal practice and showcase your expertise. • Develop and implement financial strategies by monitoring budgets, anticipating industry trends, and making data-driven adjustments to support sustainable growth. • Supervise the firm’s operations, including setting team structures, instilling company values, and contributing to key strategic business decisions. • Continuously assess and improve the firm’s performance by evaluating client satisfaction, productivity, and service quality, and recommending impactful improvements. Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in family immigration law , with proven success in a leadership or legal direction role. • Membership in the Georgia Bar is preferred ; applicants barred in other states with equivalent experience will be considered. • Strong leadership capabilities paired with analytical and problem-solving skills. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate legal concepts and strategic goals. • Empathy and passion for advocating on behalf of clients facing complex immigration challenges. • Proficiency in immigration case management systems and technology. • Successful completion of a background check, including education, licensure verification, and criminal history, may be required. Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000 yearly
