We are seeking a Legal Admin: Documents Specialist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Managing large volumes of client documents that arrive physically and electronically
- Contacting clients about their documents
- Reading and reviewing documents
- Thinking critically about the documents provided as compared to the client's personal situation
- Working as part of our documents team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or document collection or law firm experience
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable scanning, downloading, combining, and sorting documents
- Comfortable converting files to PDF
