    We are seeking a Legal Admin: Documents Specialist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing large volumes of client documents that arrive physically and electronically
    • Contacting clients about their documents
    • Reading and reviewing documents
    • Thinking critically about the documents provided as compared to the client's personal situation
    • Working as part of our documents team

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in office administration or document collection or law firm experience
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Strong attention to detail
    • ​Strong organizational skills
    • Comfortable scanning, downloading, combining, and sorting documents
    • Comfortable converting files to PDF
