Do you have a sharp eye and a mind wired for accuracy? Some people are built for detail work. They're the ones who notice what's missing before anyone else does: the unsigned form, the inconsistent date, the field left blank. If that sounds like you, and you're looking for a career path that rewards precision and critical thinking, keep reading.
About the Company:
Our client has been a cornerstone of the residential mortgage industry for more than five decades. Trusted by lenders across the country, they've supported the accurate and compliant closing of over 5 million loan transactions, a track record built entirely on precision, regulatory expertise, and a commitment to getting it right every time.
As they continue to expand, they're adding to their legal team and looking for professionals who take pride in detail-oriented work and want to grow within a structured, high-performing environment.
The Role:
We're looking for a Legal Entity Assistant to join an established and growing legal team. This is an entry point into the legal field. No paralegal certificate required, no law firm background needed. What matters most is your ability to read carefully, think critically, and follow compliance procedures with consistency.
You'll work directly with experienced attorneys reviewing legal entity documents tied to residential lending transactions, learning the ins and outs of business formation, organizational structure, and regulatory compliance along the way.
Your Day-to-Day:
What Sets You Up for Success:
No legal background? Not a problem.
The right candidate doesn't need a resume full of legal experience. Our client will invest in training someone who brings the right mindset: intellectual curiosity, a commitment to accuracy, and the discipline to follow detailed processes. Previous experience in mortgage, title, document processing, or administrative roles translates well here.
What You'll Get:
This is a strong fit for recent graduates, administrative and operations professionals, and anyone from the mortgage or title space who wants to transition into a career with more structure, depth, and long-term trajectory.
If you're the kind of person who gets it right the first time, we'd like to hear from you. Apply today!
