We have an exciting opportunity for an accomplished and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing department. This essential leader is responsible for overseeing our Personal Injury Law Firm’s marketing efforts and initiatives to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and enhance brand recognition. As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives including SEO and paid media as well as engaging in digital marketing using social media channels. Your creativity and thorough understanding of the KPIs will be essential in driving the firm's marketing success to achieve business growth. Responsibilities: What You Will Do: • Work cross-functionally with Operations and Finance to establish a marketing budget, allocate resources effectively across all mediums; track, manage, and work within that budget to achieve objectives. • Develop, implement, and execute the overall marketing strategy for the Firm; establish new strategies to drive leads, acquire clients and achieve increased market share. • Maintain a strong brand identity with compelling brand messaging that aligns with the firm's values and differentiates us in the market; monitor and analyze the competitive landscape. • Work with the Firm Owner and Director of Operations to establish KPIs for the marketing team and vendors; Analyze and adjust marketing strategies through metric tracking. • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO, and PPC advertising; oversee the Social Media to support our organic social media presence; monitor and manage the firm's online reputation and ensure positive client experiences. • Spearhead the execution of all marketing campaigns from beginning to end, including testing, tracking, reporting, analyses, and adjusting as needed. • Building relationships with professional associations and promoting the firm's lawyers; Leading the execution of community events. • Directly supervise the Firm’s Relationship Manager position. • Ensure all generated leads are properly delivered to the Firm’s Intake team. • Lead weekly & monthly meetings as well as attend marketing events and conferences. • Do what it takes so that when injured people need help, they call us. • Performs other job duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: What You Bring: • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field preferred. • Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role within the legal industry, preferably in personal injury law. • Strong digital marketing expertise, including Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media. • Proven track record driving increased results. • Proven ability to plan and manage marketing budgets with a strong financial acumen + operations skillset. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills. • Superior leadership skills including team leadership, thought leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration; strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. • High-energy and goal-oriented. • Up-to-speed on current online marketing techniques and best practices. • Desire to grow professionally through ongoing education. Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly
