As a Legal Intake Professional, you would be accountable for presenting our company to prospective customers. You must be able to comprehend their needs quickly, form relationships with them, and demonstrate the significance of scheduling a paid appointment with Atlanta Family Law Group. Additionally, you would ensure that all data is accurately and promptly input. The best part? No Prospecting or Cold Calling will be required; however, telephone sales experience is a must. Compensation: $60,000 - 65,000 (Base & commission included), Benefits, PTO. Pay will be commensurate with your experience and qualifications, plus commission incentives. Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel valued and understood. • Quickly assess client needs and effectively communicate the benefits of our services to encourage scheduling a paid appointment. • Maintain accurate and timely data entry to ensure seamless client interactions and follow-ups. • Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve client engagement processes. • Provide exceptional customer service, building trust and long-term relationships with clients. • Utilize your telephone sales experience to guide clients through the decision-making process with confidence. • Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and commitment to client satisfaction in every interaction. Qualifications: What You Bring • 2+ years of quota-bearing phone sales or intake in a professional-services environment (law, medical, financial services, or high-ticket consumer). • Proven conversion results —you can point to data/KPIs. • World-class communication: you listen deeply, reflect back, and move prospects to decisive next steps without pressure or legal advice. • Structured follow-through: you live by your pipeline, tasks, and calendar; nothing slips. Compensation: $22 - $23 hourly
