Role Overview The Remote Legal Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for prospective new clients. This role is responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to inquiries, gathering essential information, and guiding qualified individuals to the next step in the firm’s process. This is not a receptionist role. This is a client-facing, conversation-driven position that directly impacts client experience and case qualification. The Intake Specialist must communicate with empathy, professionalism, and clarity, especially when speaking with individuals who may feel overwhelmed or distressed due to workplace issues. Intake Specialists do not provide legal advice. Instead, they follow a structured intake process to collect accurate information, qualify potential cases, and schedule consultations when appropriate.
