Anderson Injury Lawyers is an award-winning personal injury law firm with offices in Dallas and Fort Worth. The firm has been helping the community for over 17 years. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our team. The Intake Specialist will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a crucial role in assessing and evaluating new cases. This position requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to give top-notch customer service to our potential clients. Responsibilities: • Evaluate PNC (Potential New Client) inquiries to determine their eligibility for the firm’s services. • Provide compassion, empathy, and exceptional customer service to all potential and current clients. • Demonstrate sales best practices by signing up eligible PNCs at the firm’s benchmark rate or above. • Promptly and efficiently follow up with all PNCs if they are not connected with the Intake Department upon their initial inquiry. • Analyze data, both internal and external, to maximize efficiency in PNC determinations. • Communicate with the Legal Department to transition PNCs into their respective legal teams. • Schedule PNC meetings, attorney meetings, on-site signups, and any other appointments required from or by the PNCs. • Enter data into the firm’s CRM system in order to optimize the PNC’s signup process with the firm. • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to help optimize the firm’s marketing efforts by providing insights and data about potential new clients. Qualifications: • Previous sales experience or previous intake. • Strong customer service background or skillset. • Proficiency in all Microsoft Suite programs. • Previous experience in law, preferably within personal injury law. Compensation: $23 Hourly
