As the first voice our potential clients hear, our Intake Specialists play a vital role in shaping their experience and helping those in need find trusted guidance after an injury or accident. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, has a natural ability to build rapport quickly, and is motivated to meet and exceed performance goals each week. Benefits: • Competitive Salary based on experience. • Medical insurance • Holidays and Paid Time Off • Opportunities for professional development and growth within the firm. • Work Location: In Person/Hybrid • Schedule: M-F with weekend and/or after-hours coverage on a rotating basis. • Job Type: Full-time, hourly • Salary: Starting at $20.00 per hour • Background checks: Required Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact for all new potential clients via phone, email, chat, or in-person. • Engage callers with empathy and professionalism, building trust while gathering essential case details. • Assess the viability of each potential case and determine next steps — whether to sign the case internally or refer it externally. • Enter client data accurately and efficiently into our case management system. • Conduct timely follow-up calls, texts, and emails with potential clients to maintain engagement and move qualified leads toward signing. • Meet weekly goals related to call volume, follow-up activity, and signed case conversions. • Collaborate with the marketing and new client services team to ensure seamless client intake and onboarding. • Uphold Andrew Pickett Law’s values of compassion, excellence, and relentless advocacy in every interaction. Qualifications: Qualifications Skills • High school diploma or GED required ; some college coursework preferred. • Prior sales or customer service experience required – legal office experience a plus. • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (not required but preferred). • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professionalism in high-stress situations. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Positive, energetic, and goal-oriented with a passion for helping others. • Comfortable with technology and CRM or intake software systems (training provided).
