Qualifications: • Experience in personal injury intake or a related legal field. • Ability to handle high volumes of inbound communications with professionalism and efficiency. • Proven track record of closing retained cases on the first call. • Strong sales skills, including objection handling and urgency creation. • Proficiency in using Lead Docket and other case management systems. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clarity and empathy. • Ability to schedule and coordinate attorney consultations seamlessly and effectively. • Bilingual Spanish/English (required). Compensation: $55,000 - $68,000 yearly
