This role plays a key part in converting qualified leads into clients. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and a critical contributor to the firm’s growth. Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients • Qualify leads and convert eligible prospects into retained clients • Clearly explain legal services and next steps • Build rapport, trust, and urgency during consultations • Accurately document call notes and client information • Follow up with leads consistently and professionally • Work closely with the legal consultation team to meet conversion goals Qualifications: • Sales experience required; legal intake experience is a plus • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset • Strong verbal communication and listening skills • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment • Comfortably handling sensitive conversations with professionalism • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Compensation: $55,000 per year DOE
