Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients via phone, email, and online inquiries • Conduct detailed intake interviews to gather client information and summarize case details • Clearly explain the firm’s process, next steps, and expectations to prospective clients • Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and outside partners as needed • Respond to client questions and route legal-specific issues to the appropriate team member • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all client information • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and organization throughout the intake process Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degreeExperience in client intake, customer service, or administrative support (legal environment preferred but not required) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
