Responsibilities: • Be the welcoming voice of our firm—providing a professional and compassionate first impression for every new client. • Communicate directly with prospective clients via phone, email, and online chat to gather initial details, assess their needs, and offer reassurance during stressful legal matters. • Screen potential clients with empathy and attention to detail, ensuring smooth hand-offs to our attorneys. • Educate clients about our firm’s services, values, and unique approach—demonstrating how we can make a difference in their lives. • Collaborate closely with attorneys and the legal team to ensure accurate documentation, file creation, and seamless case intake processes. • Utilize legal intake software to manage client information, follow-up tasks, and ongoing communications efficiently. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, treating every interaction with care and discretion. • Participate in ongoing training and development, expanding your legal knowledge and client service skills. • Play a vital role in client satisfaction—your positive attitude and attention to detail ensure an excellent client journey from the very first call. • Create and manage a system to follow up on leads and determine how we can help them. • Work with the marketing team to provide intake data and trends to identify what is working and what is not. Serve as a liaison to marketing to implement changes and updates, and post blogs. • Social media posting and other miscellaneous. Marketing projects. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED is a requirement; Bachelor’s degree is a plus • Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically a must • Customer service or sales experience a plus • Previous legal experience highly valued • Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with strong computer proficiency. Compensation: $50,000 - $66,000
