Gemma Law Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly organized, empathetic, and motivated Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. The Personal Injury Intake Specialist is responsible for handling communications from prospective clients, gathering critical case information, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and thrives in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities: • Answer inbound calls from potential clients in a professional and empathetic manner • Conduct detailed intake interviews and collect relevant accident and injury information • Evaluate and screen potential cases based on firm criteria • Enter and maintain accurate client information in case management software • Follow up with leads, medical providers, insurance companies, and clients as needed • Schedule consultations and assist with onboarding new clients • Request and organize supporting documentation, including police reports • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times • Work closely with attorneys to ensure seamless case transitions Qualifications: • Previous intake, customer service, call center, or legal experience preferred • Experience in personal injury law is preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls • Comfortable working with emotionally distressed clients • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 yearly
