Responsibilities: • Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard • Help foster prospective client streams by providing input into awareness and law firm partnerships initiatives alongside the marketing team • Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files • Build on onboarding and training by communicating with the attorneys about legal concepts that prospective clients raise Qualifications: • Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills • High school diploma or equivalent needed, while a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired • Background in the legal industry preferred • Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel • Sales or customer service experience highly valued • Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy Compensation: $23 - $28 hourly
