    Intake Specialist Law Mother Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Mountain Time) // Monday to Friday Compensation: $7-8/hr + Bonuses About Law Mother Law Mother is a Colorado-based estate planning and asset protection law firm serving families, business owners, and real estate investors. We help clients plan for the unexpected by making complex legal decisions simple, clear, and approachable. Our goal is to move clients from uncertainty to peace of mind through thoughtful guidance and streamlined processes. Role Overview The Intake Specialist is the first point of contact for prospective new clients (PNCs). This role is responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to missed calls and inquiries, gathering critical information, qualifying prospects, and guiding appropriate clients to the next step in the firm’s process. This is not a receptionist role. This is a client-facing, conversation-driven position that directly impacts client experience, firm efficiency, and firm growth. Intake Specialists do not provide legal advice or pressure callers and follow a structured intake methodology focused on clarity, empathy, professionalism, and accuracy. Responsibilities: • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally • Build Rapport & Trust • Gather & Verify Critical Information • Qualify Prospective New Clients • Schedule Consultations & Next Steps • Follow-Up & No-Show Management • CRM & Documentation • Adherence to Firm Systems & Training Qualifications: Requirements • Strong verbal communication skills • Ability to control conversations without sounding scripted • Active listening and emotional awareness • Close attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to remain calm with emotional or stressed callers • Comfortable following structured processes • At least 2 years of prior intake, customer service, or phone-based experience • Law firm experience preferred but not required • Sales experience is a bonus Technical Requirements • Comfortable using CRM systems • Ability to type and take notes while speaking • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment Compensation: $7 - $8 hourly
