We’re a fast-growing estate planning and probate law firm looking for a Legal Intake Specialist to be the warm, capable first point of contact for new, existing, and former clients. Responsibilities: What You'll Do: • Speak with potential clients who have reached out via phone, email, or web form • Conduct structured discovery calls using proven scripts • Ask smart questions to understand client needs and goals • Book qualified leads into consultations with our attorneys and case managers • Keep detailed notes in our CRM and track follow-ups • Reconnect with leads who cancel, no-show, or delay decisions • Handle questions from prospective, existing, and former clients. • Welcome law firm visitors Qualifications: You’re a Great Fit If You: • Are confident and kind on the phone • Ask good questions and really listen to the answers • Can follow a system but think on your feet • Stay organized when juggling many tasks • Have experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales • Are comfortable using tech Position Details: • Full-time role (40 hours/week) • In-office • Training provided, no legal background required • Competitive pay + KPI-based bonuses How to Apply: Send your resume in pdf format and a brief note telling us why you’d be great in this role and your ties to Frederick County to lolac at lenaclarklegal dot com.
