Clark seeks a detail-oriented go-getter and problem-solver for the role of Legal Intake Specialist at our busy Estate Planning and Probate law firm. We are a small law firm looking for a candidate with great attention to detail, the ability to follow specific instructions, and the ability to figure things out with minimal hand-holding. This position is in-person at our office in the heart of downtown Frederick, Maryland. Responsibilities: • Schedule potential clients for consultations. • Educate and follow up with potential clients by phone and email • Handle questions from prospective, existing, and former clients. • Managing all incoming calls, emails, and physical mail • Provide administrative support. • Organize and maintain office files, records, and notes. • Manage procurement and order office supplies as needed. • Assist the CEO/Principal Attorney with various administrative duties. • Participate in the signings of Estate Planning documents as needed Qualifications: • Likes being busy but stays calm under pressure • Emotionally mature • Enjoys talking on the phone • Studies well independently by following very specific written instructions • Sales experience (we do not contact people who did not contact us first) • An excellent juggler of tasks and can change gears quickly • Maryland Notary Public (will be required to obtain right away) • Technologically savvy- We are an Apple-based office, so you will need to know how to navigate a Mac computer without needing the assistance of others. We use a lot of technology, so it is essential that you can use and learn technology quickly.
