As a closing sentence, please write, “I have read the instructions contained in the job posting and have followed the instructions.” Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing a professional and compassionate experience. • Conduct intake interviews to determine whether the firm can assist with their legal needs. • Gather information efficiently while showing empathy and building trust. • Assist with scheduling consultations, qualifying leads, preparing fee agreements, and following up with clients regarding the same. • Work closely with the Client Services Specialist and sales team to ensure seamless client onboarding. • Schedule and calendar in-person, remote, and or phone consultations. • Correspond with trusted referral sources in the event that the firm cannot assist the potential client. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Exceptional communication and telephone skills. • Proven experience in customer service or sales; legal experience is a plus but not required. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to learn and use case management software and other technology tools. • Professionalism and empathy when speaking with potential clients who may be under stress. • Highly proficient in computer skills, ability to work with a case management system, and various types of software. Desired Skills: • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred). • Bilingual (Spanish and English). • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe, and Google Sheets. • Customer Service and Sales.
