Responsibilities: Client Intake & Communication • Answer incoming calls from potential new clients and current clients • Conduct initial intake for personal injury and workers’ compensation cases • Route calls appropriately to paralegals and team members • Follow up with all leads to ensure complete intake information is obtained • Accurately enter and update information in LeadDocket and Filevine Office Support • Manage incoming mail (scan, upload, and distribute appropriately) • Maintain organized and up-to-date client spreadsheets • Track office inventory and maintain common areas Client Experience • Greet clients in a professional and welcoming manner • Assist with client engagement initiatives (e.g., birthday cards, client gifts, etc.) • Help ensure a positive and supportive experience for every client interaction Qualifications: • Previous experience in a law firm, medical office, or customer service role preferred • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working with case management systems and technology • Friendly, professional, and empathetic with clients • Reliable and proactive • A strong team player who takes pride in their work Compensation: $15+hourly
