Maronick Law, LLC, a premier Maryland-based criminal defense firm, is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Legal Intake Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service, gathering critical case information, and supporting our attorneys in delivering top-tier legal representation.
What You’ll Do:
Answer client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy.
Conduct initial screenings to collect case details and schedule attorney consultations.
Enter and manage client information in our case management system with accuracy and confidentiality.
Collaborate with our legal team to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
Provide outstanding customer service to clients facing challenging situations.
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of experience in customer service, legal administration, or a similar role (law firm experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with case management software is preferred.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
