In this position you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients, playing a crucial role in managing their first impression of our firm. Your main responsibility will be to provide a supportive and professional initial interaction while efficiently gathering essential case information. From there you'll be responsible for scheduling our potential client for a case evaluation with one of expert our Client Engagement Specialists. Responsibilities: • Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from potential clients, providing a friendly, empathetic, and professional first impression • Conduct initial screening of potential clients to determine the nature of their legal issues and their fit for our firm • Gather and accurately record detailed and confidential information in our client relationship management (CRM) system • Schedule consultations between potential clients and our Client Engagement team • Provide clients with information about our firm’s services and practices and help them understand next steps • Follow up with potential clients as needed to ensure a smooth onboarding process Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent needed, while a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Previous legal experience a plus • Excellent communication skills and a high degree of empathy, Emotional IQ • Proficiency in using CRM software and other office management tools • Customer Service and/or sales experience • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
