    Legal Intake Specialist Location: Boca Raton, Florida (In-Person, On-Site) Reports To: Partner/Chief Relationship Officer About the Role Do you love talking to people and helping them through tough moments? As our Legal Intake Specialist at Robinson & Casey PLLC, you’ll be the first voice new clients hear — the calm in their storm. You’ll guide them through the first steps of their legal journey, collect the details our Firm needs, and ensure every person who reaches out feels heard, respected, and cared for. Responsibilities: What You’ll DoBe the first point of contact: Answer calls, emails, and online inquiries with warmth and professionalism. • Conduct meaningful conversations: Gather key information to understand each potential client’s situation and determine if we can help. • Keep us organized: Enter client information into our case management system accurately and efficiently. • Collaborate with the legal and sales team: Schedule consultations, share intake summaries, and make sure our team members have everything they need before meeting a client. • Follow up with compassion: Check in with potential clients and ensure no one slips through the cracks. • Maintain confidentiality: Handle every case and client with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. • Provide office oversight: Place supply orders, organize inbound and outbound mail, ensure office tidiness, etc. Qualifications: What You’ll Bring • A genuine desire to help people during difficult times. • Stellar communication skills — you listen as well as you speak. • Excellent attention to detail and comfort with digital tools (Microsoft Office, Clio, Lawmatics/Hubspot, or similar). • The ability to multitask gracefully in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have • Previous experience in a law firm, call center, or client service role is a plus, but not required if you’re eager to learn. • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience. • Associates' or Bachelor's degree in legal studies, communications, or related field. Compensation: $50,000 - $58,000 yearly
