    At Sarji Law Firm, we don't just handle cases — we show up for people at some of the hardest moments of their lives. As the Client Intake Specialist, you'll be the first voice potential clients hear. Your job is to make them feel heard, qualify them as the right fit for our firm, and guide them smoothly from first contact to signed engagement agreement. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role at the front line of a fast-moving boutique practice. Responsibilities: WHAT YOU'LL DO • Qualify and screen incoming leads — ask the right questions to identify ideal clients, clarify legal issues, assess urgency, and check for conflicts of interest • Ensure every lead that contacts the firm Monday–Friday receives a same-day response during business hours • Own the pre-consultation experience — build excitement, send reminders, and drive a 90%+ show-up rate • Prepare attorneys with detailed notes before every consultation • Prepare engagement agreements and follow through until they're signed and paid • Maintain persistent, empathetic follow-up with leads who didn't schedule, didn't show, or didn't retain • Open and set up new client matters in Clio, including case info, folders, checklists, and welcome letters • Track all incoming leads, referral sources, and key conversion metrics in the firm's systems • Make sure every person who contacts us leaves better off — whether we can help them or not Qualifications: WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Prior customer service and sales experience — required • Experience with a CRM and comfort with data tracking and reporting — required • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Prior legal experience — a definite plus • Knowledge of the family law landscape in South Carolina — helpful but not required • Real-life experience navigating hard situations — if you've faced adversity and come out stronger, you'll connect with clients on a level that matters Compensation: $48,000 - $56,000
