    This role is essential to the client experience. The Intake Specialist helps individuals and families take the first step toward legal guidance by gathering information, answering initial questions, and ensuring each potential client feels heard, supported, and confident about the next steps. Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and online inquiries • Gather and document client information accurately in the CRM system • Conduct initial intake calls to understand client needs and route inquiries appropriately • Schedule consultations with attorneys and legal team members • Maintain organized and up-to-date intake records • Follow up with prospective clients to ensure timely communication • Collaborate with attorneys, sales, and administrative staff to support a smooth client onboarding process Qualifications: • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred • 1–3 years of customer service, intake, administrative support, or call-center experience preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational and data-entry accuracy skills • Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously • Comfortable using CRM systems (Lawmatics, HubSpot, or similar platforms) Compensation: $18 - $21 hourly
