    This is an entry-level role ideal for anyone interested in client experience, communication, and growth into a sales or client-facing position. This is not a back-office admin role. You will be actively communicating with prospective clients, following up, and helping guide them to the next step. Your work will directly impact how many families we are able to help. In addition to hourly pay, this role includes performance-based bonuses tied to results. Please complete all application questions. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Responsibilities: Client Follow-Up (Primary Focus) • Call, text, and email new leads quickly and consistently • Follow up with prospective clients who have not yet scheduled or moved forward • Re-engage missed calls, no-shows, and inactive inquiries • Track all communication in our CRM Scheduling & Intake Support • Schedule calls and consultations • Send engagement agreements and payment links • Ensure client information is complete and accurate Client Experience • Serve as a warm, professional first point of contact • Help clients feel comfortable, informed, and confident Growth Opportunity • With training, assist with or lead initial consultation calls • Help guide prospective clients through the next steps Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Strong communication skills (especially on the phone) • Comfortable with outbound calls and follow-up • Organized and detail-oriented • Friendly, professional, and reliable • Coachable and open to feedback • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Preferred (But Not Required) • Experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, sales, etc.) • Experience with CRM systems or scheduling tools • Interest in law or client services What Success Looks Like • Leads are contacted quickly and consistently • More consultations are scheduled and completed • Clients feel supported and taken care of • No opportunities fall through the cracks Why Join Our Team • Opportunity to learn and grow in a professional environment • Clear systems and training to support your success • Meaningful work helping families plan for the future • Supportive, team-oriented culture Please submit your resume and complete all application questions.
