We are currently seeking a Remote Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will be the voice of the firm, listening with empathy, capturing critical information, and helping guide individuals toward the legal help they need. Position Overview In this full-time, remote role, you’ll handle inbound inquiries, assess case viability, and ensure a seamless intake process that reflects the professionalism and care Washington Legal Group is known for. You’ll work closely with attorneys and staff to keep cases moving forward and ensure clients feel supported from the very first interaction.
