    Job Description

    Position Summary:

    **Legal Intern: Hourly rate of $22 starting May or June through August ( student school schedule dependent ). **INX is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support our Legal team during the summer internship program. This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate legal operations, with a primary focus on organizing corporate records and reviewing, summarizing, and analyzing a variety of commercial agreements. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, well-organized, and interested in gaining practical experience in an in-house legal environment.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Assist with organization and maintenance of corporate legal records, both electronic and physical
    • Review, summarize, and catalog legal agreements, including:
      • Supply Agreements
      • Vendor Agreements
      • Leases
      • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
    • Extract key terms, obligations, and renewal details from contracts and prepare concise summaries
    • Support the Legal team with general administrative and legal research tasks as needed
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Juris Doctor (JD) program, preferably with coursework in law, business, or a related field
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • Ability to analyze and summarize legal documents clearly and accurately
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with document management systems a plus
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
